West Brisbane Panthers

The West Brisbane Panthers (Football Club) Ltd is a rugby league football club based in the West Brisbane Corridor.   Reformed by Peter Luckmann and Simona Vavega in 2014, the club plays an important role for rugby league in helping to develop the game and provide a link to the Queensland Cup and the NRL for the community in the region. The West Brisbane Panthers club was formed after a competition re-structure was announced by the QRL and SEQ Division as part of an overall whole of game National Rugby League restructure and development pathway review.   The Club participates in the newly formed Brisbane A-Grade Rugby League competition announced to commence in 2015.   The new Brisbane A-Grade  competition will be the premier second tier rugby league competition in Queensland from 2015 onwards.   The club has an affiliation and development partnership with the Norths Devils in the Intrust Super Cup and the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL.   The directors of WBP Ltd have experience in a range of various businesses, sport and committees which will enable clear and impartial vision.
